Dubbo Regional Council will close Wheelers Lane between Douglas Mawson Rd & Myall St Northbound as part of stage 2A- Stop Valve Relocation, commencing Monday 27th November for approximately five to seven days.
As a result of the road closure, Dubbo Buslines will be required to divert all buses that travel the section of Wheelers Lane between Douglas Mawson Rd & Myall St Northbound.
572 West Dubbo via Dubbo CBD
The 572 West Dubbo via Dubbo CBD will not be able to access the affected section of Wheelers Lane, the rearrest point to board or alight the service from the Stop on Wheelers Lane opposite Douglas Mawson Rd in Douglas Mawson Rd opposite the Krystal Clean Car Wash, and the nearest Stop to the Stop opposite Wentworth St in Wheelers Ln is the Stop outside St Marys Primary School on Wheelers Ln.
The 572 Orana Mall service will not be affected and will run its normal route southbound along Wheelers Ln to Orana Mall.

S276 – Rhino School Bus Service
The Rhino (S276) School Bus Service will be affected but this will not affect the arrival time at Dubbo North Public School.
This diversion will be from Wentworth St & Oxley Cir at 9.07am via Wentworth St, right Oxley Cir, left Blaxland St, left Myall St to Wheelers Lane Roundabout, then as per normal route.
Students who normally travel on the Rhino Bus to Dubbo North Public School from the corner of Wentworth St & Wheelers Ln, or in Wheelers Ln between Wentworth St & Myall St will be required to board the bus at the corner of Wentworth St & Oxley Cir at 9.07am or Myall St & Wheelers Ln at 9.08am.
S271 – Kangaroo School Bus Service
The Kangaroo (S271) School Bus Service will be affected but this will not affect the arrival time at Dubbo College Delroy Campus & Dubbo West Public School.
This diversion will be from Wentworth St & Oxley Cir at 8.27am via Wentworth St, right Oxley Cir, left Blaxland St, left Myall St to Wheelers Lane Roundabout, then as per normal route.
Students who normally travel on the Kangaroo Bus to Dubbo College Delroy Campus & Dubbo West Public School from the corner of Wentworth St & Wheelers Ln, or in Wheelers Ln between Wentworth St & Myall St will be required to board the bus at the corner of Wentworth St & Oxley Cir at 8.27am or Myall St & Wheelers Ln at 8.28am.
S272 – Butterfly School Bus Service
The Butterfly (S272) School Bus Service will be affected but this will not affect the arrival time at Dubbo College Senior Campus, Dubbo North Public School or Dubbo Public School.
This diversion will be from Wheelers Ln, right Douglas Mawson Rd, left Cunningham St, left Wentworth St, left 1st Oxley Cir, right Wentworth St, then as per normal route.
Students who normally travel on the Butterfly Bus to Dubbo College Senior Campus, Dubbo North Public School & Dubbo Public School from Wheelers Ln between Douglas Mawson Rd & Wentworth St will be required to board the bus at the corner of Wheelers Ln & Douglas Mawson Rd at 8.27am or Wentworth St & Oxley Cir at 8.28am.
S295 – Duck School Bus Service
The Duck (S295) School Bus Service will be affected but this will not affect the arrival time at Dubbo College Senior Campus, Dubbo College South Campus, or Dubbo South Public School.
This diversion will be from Wheelers Ln, right Douglas Mawson Rd, left Hume St, left Myall St, right Wheelers Ln, then as per normal route.
Students who normally travel on the Duck Bus to Dubbo College Senior Campus, Dubbo College South Campus & Dubbo South Public School from Wheelers Ln between Douglas Mawson Rd & Myall St will be required to board the bus at the corner of Wheelers Ln & Douglas Mawson Rd at 8.15am or the corner of Myall St & Wheelers Ln at 8.18am.

S285 – Lion Bus School Service
The Lion (S285) School Bus Service will be affected but this will not affect the arrival time that students are being dropped at their stops.
This diversion will be from Wheelers Ln, right Douglas Mawson Rd, left Hume St, right Myall St, then as per normal route.
Students who normally travel on the Lion Bus in the afternoon will not be affected.
S286 – Rosella School Bus Service
The Rosella (S286) School Bus Service will be affected and will affect students alighting the bus on the corner of Wentworth St & Wheelers Ln and Wheelers Ln between Wentworth St & Myall St.
This diversion will be from Wentworth St at around 3.45pm, right Oxley Cir, left Blaxland St, left Myall St, right Wheelers ln, then as per normal route.
Students who normally travel on the Rosella Bus in the afternoon and usually alight the bus at Wentworth St & Wheelers Ln or Wheelers Ln between Wentworth St & Myall St will need to alight at the corner of Wentworth St & Oxley Cir as the bus will not be able to access Wheelers Ln.
S290 – Squirrel School Bus Service
The Squirrel (S290) School Bus Service will be affected and will affect students alighting the bus on Wheelers Ln between Douglas Mawson Rd and Wentworth St and Wentworth St Between Wheelers Ln and Oxley Cir.
This diversion will be from Wheelers Ln at approx. 3.22pm via right Douglas Mawson Rd, left Cunningham St, left Wentworth St, right 2nd Oxley Cir, then as per normal route.
Students who normally travel on the Squirrel Bus in the afternoon and usually alight the bus in Wheelers Ln between Douglas Mawson Rd & Wentworth St or Wentworth St between Wheelers Ln & Oxley Cir will be required to alight on the corner of Wheelers Ln & Douglas Mawson Rd or Wentworth St & Osley Cir as the bus will not be able to access Wheelers Ln.
S291 – Kangaroo School Bus Service
The Kangaroo (S291) School Bus Service will be affected and will affect students alighting the bus on Wheelers Ln between Douglas Mawson Rd and Myall St.
This diversion will be from Wheelers Ln at approx. 3.35pm via right Douglas Mawson Rd, left Hume St, left Mayall St, to Wheelers Ln Roundabout, then as per normal route.
Students who normally travel on the Kangaroo Bus in the afternoon and usually alight the bus in Wheelers Ln between Douglas Mawson Rd & Myall St will be required to alight on the corner of Wheelers Ln & Douglas Mawson Rd or Myall St and Wheelers Ln as the bus will not be able to access Wheelers Ln.

The Monkey (S294) School Bus Service will be affected but will not affect any students drop off point.
This diversion will be from Wheelers Ln at approx. 4.10pm via left Birch Ave-Wingewarra St, right Fitzroy St, right Cobbora St, right White St.
S297-Koala School Bus Service
The Koala (S297) School Bus Service will be affected but will not affect any students drop off point.
This diversion will be from Wheelers Ln at approx. 4.27pm via right Douglas Mawson Rd, left Hume St, right Myall St, then as per normal route.
