We wish to advise all parents, students, and guardians that those students who are eligible and have been approved for a SSTS School Free Travel Bus Pass, will have passes posted to the student’s home/postal address after Friday, 30 January 2026. We do ask for your patience due to delivery times through Australia Post. If you do not receive your bus pass by Monday, 16 February 2026 please contact our office.
Please note that there is a moratorium period until Friday, 20 February 2026 which allows sufficient time for eligible students to receive their bus passes.
Please ensure that once your child receives their 2026 Bus Pass, they must show this to the Bus Driver each time they board the bus.
Please continue to check our website for updates and to access more information on Free School Travel:
- If the student has never had a school bus pass before.
- If the student needs to update details due to change of school, change of address, change of name or change of bus operator.
- Timetables and Student Travel Planner to plan a student trip.
- If the student is not eligible for a 2026 SSTS School Bus Pass.
Replacement Passes
If bus passes are lost, stolen or damaged the cost to replace the bus pass for 2026 will be $15.00.
