New contactless ticketing technology for our Lithgow Buslines Regular Route buses
Lithgow Buslines is pleased to share that in collaboration with Transport for NSW (TfNSW) we have installed new contactless payment technology across our Regular Route Bus Services, giving you more ways to pay your fare.
Contactless technology will make paying your fare easier, faster and more convenient than ever before.
You can use debit or credit card or linked device like a smart phone or watch to pay you fare when boarding the bus.
Until now, many of our customers have relied on cash payments and please note cash remains as an option for paying for your bus ticket if preferred.
School Services
Please note, Contactless Ticketing does NOT include dedicated school bus services, where students mostly use bus passes.
If you are catching a dedicated school bus service you must show your bus pass, or term pass or pay the appropriate cash fare to the driver when boarding.
