Secondary Employment

It is the responsibility of both the Company and the Driver to ensure that driving hours are not breached. It is the responsibility of the Driver to advise the Company if they undertake any Secondary Employment including the driving of heavy vehicles for another Company that has the potential to impact on fatigue and safety at any stage during their employment.
