New Bus Routes and Timetables for Griffith from Monday 18 September 2023

Griffith Buslines is proud to be in partnership with Transport for NSW (TfNSW)  as part of the TfNSW 16 Regional Cities Services Improvement Program.

Griffith’s bus service network will receive a series of impactful improvements and these enhancements will improve the commuting experience for residents and visitors alike, offering upgraded services and routes tailored to meet the evolving needs of the community.

There will now be simpler and more regular timetables, more weekday services, new bus routes, and new services on Sundays and Public Holidays to connect you more reliably to where you need to go.

Key highlights of the forthcoming enhancements include:

  • 77 additional weekly services.
  • A new service linking South Griffith and Pioneer directly with the Griffith Hospital precinct.
  • New Sunday and Public Holiday services within Griffith.
  • New services in growing suburbs, including new residential developments in Collina and South Griffith.
  • Easier and safer access for bus customers to the Griffith Hospital precinct.
  • New services to St Vincent’s Private Community Hospital.
  • Improved access to the Aboriginal Medical Service on Jondaryan Avenue.
  • New middle-of-day weekday services to Yenda, Beelbangera, Yoogali, Bilbul, Hanwood, and Darlington Point.
  • New weekday school holiday services to Hanwood and Darlington Point.
  • New services to Griffith Regional Sporting Centre and Griffith Exies Sports Club.

Griffith Buslines is providing Free Bus Travel these School Holidays to all our valued customers and to introduce the new bus network.  Simply board a bus between Saturday 23 September and Sunday 8 October*, get your free ticket from the driver and go.
