ISO certification for Buslines Group signals an ongoing commitment to the highest compliance standards

ISO accreditation is the world’s most widely used indicator of best practice.

Buslines Group’s recent ISO accreditation confirms the company’s long-held commitment to the highest standards of customer service and compliance in all areas of operation.

“For us, it’s not just about ‘ticking the boxes’ on quality, safety, and the environment”, explains Anthony D’Apuzzo, Managing Director. “It’s how we’ve always done business. We’re always looking for opportunities to do things better, in every aspect of the business.”

“Going through the rigorous process of ISO certification is about letting our customers, clients, suppliers, staff, and the public know that we’ll do all we can to provide the highest level of customer service. It’s about connecting people and communities, keeping people safe, running a well-maintained, reliable bus fleet, and minimising our environmental footprint”, stated Adam D’Apuzzo, Co-CEO.

“I also want to acknowledge the efforts of all our staff in achieving ISO certification. Each of them has, and continues to play, an important part in our success.”
